- The organizers RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADMISSION, even for valid reservation holders.
- Regular entries are for standing only; couches and tables must be reserved, booked, or purchased separately and in advance.
- Once a reservation is booked, it will not be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
- Entry is only permitted for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. (The establishment has the right to ask for age proof)
- Outside food and beverages not allowed inside the venue & There is no storage facility available at the event.
- The event is subject to government permissions. In the event that permissions are not granted and the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to all patrons. However, no refunds will be given in case of rescheduling of the event at later date.
- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a voucher will lead to seizure or cancellation of that voucher without refund or other compensation. The artist line-up and billed attractions are subject to change.
- The organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons as well as at any time during the event. If anyone is found violating any rules, they will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event, despite holding a valid voucher, without any refund.
- The organizers or any of their agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it.
- Parking near or at the venue premises is at the vehicle owner's risk. The organizers will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
- The organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; they encourage guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
- Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities or inappropriate behaviour within the site may be searched. Any disputes are to be settled under Nagpur jurisdiction courts only.
- By holding this reservation, the holder grants the organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of the holder's appearance on any channel for broadcast in any media globally and for advertising, publicity, and promotion relating hereto.
- The organizers reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, including, if necessary, physically removing the holder/s of the reservation from the venue after they have entered the grounds.
